Each board is cut and assembled by hand in true end-grain construction, the same time-intensive method used in traditional butcher blocks. The wood fibers run vertically to the surface, absorbing the impact of your knife rather than taking the cut across the grain, protecting both the board and your blades for years to come.

Care: Re-apply Board Butter every 2-3 weeks or when the wood looks dry. More often with heavy use. Hand wash only; never submerge or put in the dishwasher.
