Shipping policy
Processing Time Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via USPS (most common), UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $70.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages We package every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days (redieming.creations828@outlook.com) of delivery. Please include;
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Photos of the damage
We will work with you to make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
In-Person Markets We also sell at select in-person markets. Follow us on social media for upcoming event dates.
New York Local Shipping As a New York State-based maker, we offer free standard shipping on select items for customers shipping within New York state. Eligible items will reflect this at checkout. You can also find if an item is eligible on it's product page.
International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally.
